The Embarrassment

Embarrassment is one of the feelings that happen to humans, like shyness and happiness. It appears when you make a mistake or act inappropriately in front of others. Generally, people feel embarrassed to unnoticeable and simple misacting and wish to disappear within a second.

 While being embarrassed is healthful, as the researchers claim, and based on BBC News Arabia studies assure that embarrassment has a positive effect on the long term, from consolidating the social state of a human being and refine his/her confidence.

However, you won't remember the scientific impact when getting trapped in an embarrassing situation, except that your temperature will increase; your cheeks will be red, and maybe in the worst cases, you start to cry. 

Actually, I have asked some of my friends if they have felt embarrassed in some way and how they dealt with it!. Some of them told me about the most embarrassing situations they have been through and can't forget. They started saying with " I felt like something is burning inside my chest and I wouldn't forget what happened. Moreover, I wished in the future I wouldn't meet those whom I was embarrassed to. While some of them laughed at what they did."

Thus, there are different ways to make the situation less harmful. First of all, forgive and stop continuously blame yourself. Then laugh at your act and simply change the subject. Later, say sorry if needed or explain the reason why of your fault. 

In most cases, treat yourself gently because most of us, myself included, don't take the embarrassing situation easily or suffer hardly to move on. But! if you can't deal normally, you have to visit a psychologist to talk with.   

In the end, you don't want to feel embarrassed or start to sweat in front of others, so you shouldn't embarrass anyone because you already know how the feeling of embarrassment looks like.
